Ingredients:  
1 stick of butter
1/2 lb. strong cheese grated
1/1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese. Add flour,salt and dash of red pepper. Form into a roll the size of a 50 cent piece. Roll in waxed paper and refrigerate several hours. Slice thin, top with a whole pecan bake at 350 oven until slightly brown. (10 minutes). Do not bake too long.
