4 c. bread flour
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2 c. water
2 yeast packages
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water,oil and heat to 130 Combine 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, and 2 pk. of yeast in your mix master with the bread dough hook. Pour in water and oil mixture and then add gradually the remaining flour. Let rise in a glass bowl until double. Pour onto floured surface divide in half and knead until smooth . Put in greased bread pans and let rise until double. Cook at 375 for 40 to 45 min. Take out of pan and spread butter on top and cool.
