1st Layer
1 C chopped pecans
1 C flour
1/2 C butter, soffened

2nd Layer
1- 12 oz tub Cool Whip
2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
2 C powdered sugar

3rd Layer
2 - 6 oz pkgs chocolate instant pudding
4 C whole milk
2 tsp vanilla extract

4th Layer
remaining cool whip
1 Hershey bar, grated

1st Layer
Preheat overn to 300, mix pecans, flour, and butter until crumbly and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool

2nd Layer
Blend together thawed whipped topping, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Dollop the mixture over the cooled crust for easier spreading. Refrigerate 2 or more hours.

3rd Layer
Combine pudding, milk, and vanilla with an electric mixer at low speed until mixture begins to thicken. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate over night or several hours.

4th Layer
Spread remaining Cool Whip over chocolate pudding layer and garnish with grated chocolate bar.

Serve cold for best results!
