2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese at room tempature
2 T finely minced green pepper
2 T finely minced onion
1/2 c drained crushed pineapple
2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients with 1 c pecans. Then roll mixture in other cup of pecans and form ball. Chill overnight if possible to let flavors blend.
