4 parts Low-fat Cottage Cheese
1 part pasta Sauce (gravy for the Italians)
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Garlic
YOUR favorite Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan OFF THE HEAT stir together thoroughly a ratio of 1 part pasta sauce to 4 parts of lowfat Cottage Cheese. HEAT ingredients together over medium heat stirring constantly. Heat until all cottage cheese is melted and sauce is creamy, add salt, pepper oregano and garlic to taste.

Pour ProteinPowerPasta Alfredo Sauce over YOUR favorite cooked pasta. Eat with a smile.

This is a quick protein carb meal. I like the idea of cream sauces but not the taste of the heavy creams or fats. This recipe evolved from eating cottage cheese for lunch and occasionally stirring in pasta sauce to change up the taste.
