1 Tablespoon Yeast
1 1/2 cups very Warm water
2/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup soft shortening
2 eggs
1 cup lukewarm mashed potatoes
7 - 7 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in rest of ingredients, except flour. Mix and blend all ingredients together very well. Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl. Grease top of dough. Cover wtih damp cloth. Keep in refrigerator about 2 hours. Before baking, take out. Roll out and shape into desired shape. Let rise double.
Bake 400 20 min.
