Peel and quarter apples and arrange in pastry lined pie plate.

Mix

1 c. white sugar
1tbsp. (rounded) flour
Add

1/2 c. rich milk

Directions:

Method
Mix together and pour over apples. Dot with bits of butter and sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
Bake at 375 until apples are cooked.

Once the apples have started to cook, take a fork and press the apples down lightly into pie.
