2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter or margerine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, stir until sugar dissolves. Bring to rapid boil for 1-1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat until consistency to spread.

I am not much of a cook, so I use a box yellow cake mix when using this recipe. Follow the instructions on the box and place into a 8 x 13 cake pan for best results.
