4 packages of frozen chopped spinach
2 medium onions chopped
3 celery ribs chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces
1 jar or can of artichoke hearts
cheddar or mozzarella cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions and celery in butter, add pieces of cream cheese. Mix until all melted. Add cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms and artichokes. Drain spinach after cooking according to directions on package. Mix together and pour into baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven until cheese melts and brown lightly. ( You can also put in crock pot and keep warm for parties.)
