2 C milk
1 C sugar
3 heaping T flour
1/2 stick butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
1 C coconut
3 egg whites
1 C marshmallow creme

Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk to a boil, then set off fire. Mix sugar and flour well, add to the milk. Mix the butter, egg yolks (add 1 t water to make the yolks a little thin so the pie won't be lumpy) and salt. Add the two mixtures together and stir well. Let it cook until done. Add vanilla after the pie filling is cooked and thick. Mix in coconut. Pour into baked pie shell.

MERINGUE: Beat 3 egg whites until foamy. Add marshmallow creme. Beat until high and fluffy. Sprinkle more coconut over meringue.
