2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
3/4 c. milk with 1 tsp. vinegar in it

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter. Reserve 3/4 c. of mixture for top. Add to remainder baking powder, soda and cinnamon. Add well-beaten egg and sour milk. Beat until smooth. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 c. of crumbs. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
