3 slices cubed bread
1/2 lb. Cubed ham, bacon or sausage
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
10-12 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x12 pan. Cover bottom with cubed bread. Sprinkle meat over and sprinkle cheese over this. Beat eggs well, add milk, salt and mustard. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
