3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 Tablespoons lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-up or Sprite

Directions:
Directions:
Creak butter and sugar together for 20 minutes. Add 5 eggs, one at a time. Add flour, lemon extract and fold in 7-Up. Pour into well greased 12 cup Bundt Pan. Bake at 325 for 1 - 1 1/4 hours until toothpick comes out clean.

I always like to make cakes in a Bundt Pan. They always look so nice when they are served. In fact, Sarah gave me a new Bundt Pan for my birthday in July 2006. Now I have two!!
