1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tbls. lemon juice
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
white pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat in a saucepan to marry ingredients, then cool. Marinate salmon, covered, in refrigerator for up to 4 hours in some of the marinade. Grill fish 10 minutes per inch of thickness on a medium-high grill-don't overcook. Reduce remaining marinade by 1/4 and use as a glaze and serving sauce.
