5 fresh tomatoes
1 onion
1 small jicama
4 Anaheim chilies
4 Jalapeņos chilies
4 tbls. Cilantro
Juice of 6 limes
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tbls. Chili Powder if more picante is desire
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Add all ingredients to food processor and process until desired consistency. Chunky consistency is good.
