1 pound hamburger meat
2 tablespoons oleo
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon salt and little pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 - 8 ounce package shroodle macaroni

Fry hamburger in the oleo until brown. Grate garlic and add to meat along with salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the tomato sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook noodles in another pan until tender.

Now mix the noodles with;
1 cup of sour cream
3 green onions chopped up
1 package 3 ounce cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Grease a 2 quart casserole pan. Layer noodles, cheese, and meat mixture. Repeat 3 times or until all ingredients are used. Top with grated cheddar cheese and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is bubbly.
