1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 slice white bread, coarsley crumbed
1/2 tsp. salt
Generous dash black pepper
1 can Camphell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
3 cups cooked wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, onion, egg, bread, salt and pepper; shape into 16
meatballs. Brown in skillet (use shortening if needed);pour off
drippings. add soup and water. Comer and simmer 10 min.,
stirring now and then. Blend in sour cream; heat. Serve over
noodles.
