1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup confectioners sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup cool whip
2 boxes lemon instant pudding
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
For crust blend together butter and flour. Pat into the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together confectioners sugar, cream cheese and cool whip. Layer in on top of the butter and flour mixture. Feat for five minutes the pudding and milk. Layer it on top of second layer. Spread cool whip over top. Refrigerate to chill.
