2 1/2 Cup Flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup softened butter (not margarine)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
12 oz Chocolate Chips
1 cup nuts
1 - 2 cups instant Quaker Oats

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients: flour, soda, and salt. Add Quaker Oats and set aside. Mix together slightly melted butter and sugars. Add eggs. Then add dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts (if desired). Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Do not overcook.
