1 apple, sliced
4 pork chops, in. thick
2 cups hot water
2 Tbs chicken bouillon
1 cup long grain rice
2 Tbs brown sugar
tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbs minced dried onion

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x9x2 in pan, mix water, bouillon and onions. Stir in riche and apples. Cover with pork chops. Cover pan with foil. Bake for one hour. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pork chops. Bake 10 to 15 minutes uncovered. Serve.
