White sauce -- five times Betty Crocker's recipe.
Dice onion into white sauce. Cool. Slice potatoes the night before and cover with sauce. Refrigerate. Before baking, sprinkle layer of flour over the top for crustiness.

This was served at the Buller family reunion many years ago. The note that came with the recipe stated: "The Buller Potluck Picnic and Reunion will be held the third Sunday in June, June 20, at noon at the Shelter House in Hendricks Lake Park. Please note the change from the regular date. Also, please notify members of your family."
