2 California Avocados, lightly mashed
1/4 t salt
1 T lemon or lime juice
1/2 t worcestershire sauce
1 medium tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped fine
a dash or two of hot sauce, to taste

Combine all ingredients and serve with corn or tortilla chips
