1/3 c. powdered milk
c. milk
1 c. butter
c. sugar
pinch of salt
1 pkg yeast
3 eggs beaten
5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/3 c. powdered milk with 1 c. water; add to 1/2 c. of milk. Heat until scalded; add butter, sugar and salt to scalded milk and cool. Add beaten eggs and add this to the yeast that has been soaked in 1/4 c. water. Add 2 tsp. sugar. Add flour for soft dough and let rise double in bulk. Knead down and let set until morning. Divide into 3 parts or more; roll into rounds like pie crust. Spread with butter and cut into eighths. Roll and let rise until light. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. For high altitude at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
