2 T. margarine
2 T. instant minced onion
1/2 t.garlic powder
1 cup catsup
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. worchestershire sauce
1 T. liquid smoke
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 chicken fryer cut up

Directions:
Directions:
In a quart sauce pan, over medium heat, melt margarine add garlic and minced onion. Then add catsup and next 5 ingredients and 1/4 cup water. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minuets. Stir occassionally, arrange chicken pieces skin side up in a large pan and spoon sauce over shicken. Place in pre-heated oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minuets. Line pan with foil for easier clean up. Do not cover pan while baking.
