2 14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes
6 tbls. canned diced jalapeņos
2 tbls. lime juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. diced Spanish onion
1/3 c. fresh cilantro leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Pulse ingredients until you get the consistency desired. Adjust amount of jalapeņos to desired spiciness.
Pour mixture into a bowl and stir well. Store overnight for the flavors to properly develop.
