2 (10 oz.) packages of frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and dried between paper towels,
1/4 c. mayonnaise,
3/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened,
1 tbls. onion powder,
1 tbls. garlic powder,
tsp. chives,
1/8 tsp. parsley,
1 tsp. black pepper,
1/8 tsp. celery salt,
1/8 tsp. dill weed,
1 (8 count) package of 10 inch flour tortillas

1. Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) together with a mixer.
2. Spead mixture onto tortillas, leaving about space around the edge of each tortilla
3. Roll each tortilla very tightly, and wrap individually with plastic wrap.
4. Chill in refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.
5. With a sharp knife cut off ends of tortillas. Cut the rest of the tortilla into 1/2 slices to serve.
