1 pound Oreo cookies
11 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1 medium carton cool whip
2 3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies in food processor. Put half of crumbs in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese and oleo until smooth. Add powdered sugar; fold in cool whip. In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Combine with cream cheese mixture. Pour over crumbs in pan. Put rest of cookie crumbs on top.
