1 cut up fryer
1/2 to 1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour with seasonings. Wash and pat dry chicken. Melt margarine and shortening in a 9x13 inch pan. Coat chicken with flour mixture and place skin side down in pan. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn and bake for another 30 minutes.
