Medjool dates
1/2 cup parmesan reggiano cheese
bacon
wooden picks

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook bacon - slit dates and remove pit. Place small piece of cheese in date. Wrap date with bacon. Bake 400' for 8 -10 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
