3/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
1 2 lb. skinless salmon fillet
1/3 c. spicy brown mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 305'. Boil wine, butter and Old Bay seasoning for 3 minutes. Sprinkly salmon on both sides with salt & pepper. Place on rimmed baking sheet; pour wine mixture over salmon. Bake 10 - 15 mnutes.
