bone less port roast
1 large onion
salt
pepper
barbacue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in crock pot. Cover with water - add salt, pepper and onion. Cook on high for eight hours. Remove from broth. Discard broth. Remove fat from port and then pull apart with two forks. Add barbaque sauce and return to crock pot on low. May be made ahead then warmed in crock pot on low for an hour or so.
