1 gal. ripe tomatoes, cut into fourths
1 C. finely sliced celery
1 C. finely chopped sweet onions
1 C. horseradish
1 C. sliced green pepper
1-1/2 C. white sugar
1/2 C. barn salt (I think would be same as sea salt)
1 T. black pepper
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground mustard
vinegar to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except vinegar in crock, stir well and cover with vinegar to keep. Cover and keep in fridge.

Recipe notes she received it from Cleo Calvin (Grandpa Roberts' sister). We used to eat this with breakfast a lot as well as dinner as a side dish -- it's very very good. Don't even think about making it unless you have home grown tomatoes!
