2 egg whites
1 tsp salt
1 box confectioner sugar
2 T cold water
2 c Crisco shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg whites until foamy. Add the salt and confectioner sugar. Beat until creamy. Add the cold water and Crisco shortening. Beat until fluffy. (Use only Crisco).
