Ingredients:  
2 c. Flour (minus 1/3 c. for later), 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. Crisco shortening, 1/4 c. water


Directions:
Directions:
Using pastry cutter (or 2 butter knives) cut 2/3 c. flour & salt into shortening.
Mix 1/3 c. flour with 1/4 c. water (whisk with a fork),
Cut flour/water mixture into flour/shortening/salt mixture,
Divide total combined in half and roll each half to 1/8” thickness.
