3 small rounds Brie Cheese, 1 package frozen patty shells, 1 egg yolk beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out patty shells for each Brie. Place Brie on top of one patty shell and fold up sides, top with another patty shell and fold sides down so the Brie is completely covered in the pastry. Beat one egg yolf and brush pastry. (Can be frozen for later). Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 until pastry is golden brown. Serve with apples and crackers.
