1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 10 oz. package frozen peas unthawed, 1 10 oz. can cream of asparagus soup, 1/2 c. milk, 1 lb. package tatortots, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble beef into heated skillet. Add onion and celery. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally until meat loses red color. Drain off grease. Add frozen peas which have been separated into small pieces. Mix together asparagus soup and milk until smooth. Add soup, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Mix well. Transfer mixture to 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Arrange frozen tatortots close together on top to cover entire casserole. Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 375 for about 1 hour.
