Ingredients:  
1/2 c cold water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3/4 c instant dry milk
2 T sugar
1/2 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in bowl, add lemon juice. Sprinkle instant over top. Beat well. Chill in ice cube compartment of refrigerator. When well chilled, add sugar and vanilla. Whip until thick. Cocoa or a spiced product such as cinnamom, nutmeg or ginger may be beaten into the whipped product to suit individual taste.
