1.5 c non fat dry milk
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually stir powdered mild into water, stirring until smooth. Microwate on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. It should be steaming. Add sugar and stir until dissoved. The will equal 1 can.
