1/4 C fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
1 lb. flounder or sole fillets
1/4 C Hellman's mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine crumbs and cheese. Brush all sides of fillets with mayo; coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake in 375 oven 20-25 min or until golden and fish flakes easily.
