2 C flour
2 C sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 C shortening
1 C water
4 T cocoa
1/2 C buttermilk
1 t soda
2 eggs
1 t vanilla

Icing:
1 stick oleo
6 T milk
4 T cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and sugar into large bowl. Put oleo, shortening, water and cocoa into saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add to sugar and flour. Mix well. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into large 8 1/2" x 13 1/2" pan. Bake at 350 for 35- 40 min. For icing: bring oleo, milk and cocoa to a boil. Pour over powdered sugar, stirring constantly. Add nuts. This cake may be baked in a 11" x 16" pan.
