3 1/2 c grinded cucumbers, seeds removed
1 1/2 c grinded carrots
1 c grinded onions
2 T salt
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c vinegar
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1 1/2 tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Soak for 3 hours, the grinded cucumbers, carrots, onions and salt. Drain well. In a big kettle bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed. Add vegetables. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal.
