Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is one that I received from a friend at a barbecue given by my sister and brother-in-law, Noreta and Bobby Henderson, on the Lampasas River about 30 years ago. Since I received it 'word-of-mouth' you will have to decide for yourself just when to take it out of the oven!
