8 baking potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs
1 onion
Hellman Light Mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into 1/3rd's. Boil potatoes then drain. Add eggs, onion and practically the whole jar of mayonnaise. Cover top generously with salt and pepper.

The secret to this recipe is the mayo. It has to be Hellman's and the more the better. When you cover the salad with salt and pepper, it should look like a black blanket cover with the pepper.
