6 - 8 lb. briskit
pepper
garlic powder
garlic salt
onion salt
celery salt
Worcestershire sauce
2 T liquid smoke
seasond salt
pepper
black coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate briskit overnight in black coffee.

Sprinkle generously with pepper,garlic powder, garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, seasoned salt & pepper.

Cover and bake 5 - 7 hrs. at 275. Add barbecue sauce. Bake additional hour.
