2 eggs
1/4 c shortening (part butter)
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 T molasses
1/2 c buttermilk
2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c raisins
1/2 c nuts
2-1/2 c oatmeal (regular)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, molasses and buttermilk together. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Fold in nuts, raisins and oatmeal. Chill before baking.
Drop spoon-sized mixture onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in 400-degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
