3 cups cornmeal
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups milk
1/2 cup melted shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cornmeal, baking powder, salt and flour. Add milk, eggs and shortening. Mix well. Pour into well greased 13x9x1 inch pan. Bake in hot oven 425 for 35 min.
