1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can condensed milk
1 can diced green chilies (4-7 oz)
1 bag tortilla chips
1 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain fat. Combine all cans in 1 pot; heat through. Grate cheese, layer chips, meat, sauce, cheese in a large casserole dish. Top with a few more chips and cheese, Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

This usually will make 2 complete layers in the casserole. Great if served with some Tabasco sauce.
