1 3 oz pkg lime gelatin
1 c boiling water
1 c grapefuit juice
1/4 ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin, boiling water, grapefruit juice and ginger together. When it begins to thicken, add 1 c grapefruit sections (chunky), 1 c cottage cheese, 1/2 c diced celery.
Pour in five or six cup mold and set in refrigerator. When ready to serve, garnish with orange and grapefruit.
