1 c evaporated milk
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese in double boiler. Beat egg yolks and add cooled cheese mixture. Beat egg white stiff and fold into cheese. Bake one hour in 275-degree oven, in well-greased casserole dish.
