Ingredients:  
2 or 3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar to each egg
2 cups milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch (add to sugar)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 thick pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie crust. Bake in hot oven at 425 for 5 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250. Cook until thick and set. Makes one pie.
